TLDR: ScrubBill is an integrator not an aggregator
Bicycle couriers is the aggregator. We know which courier company to use for which route. Whereas ScrubBill is an integrator. They know how to easily route our bicycle courier collections and shipments to the correct suppliers. Practical use case: if we have a single best case courier provider using couriermate then the current system is faster than using ScrubBill. But if we have multiple routing options then ScrubBill will be faster than having to log into the different platforms. See how it works below.
The problem: PRE-ScrubBill
For a busy online shop. Like bicycle couriers. Processing waybills can take a lot of time and money and effort. Luckily we like sending bicycles. But we don’t want missing info or team members having to ask to get customer info onto waybills. And then logging collections via many different online platforms. Double checking info is time consuming. But it is critical to ensure the right bicycle goes to and from the right person. For which we score as near as makes no difference full marks. Which is why ScrubBill exists.

Update – sticky point: the pickup point is preloaded not pulled in dynamically like the delivery address so unless they can amend then it will take longer to load each individual booking through ScrubBill than the way we load it on PP parcel perfect or CM courier mate – which means an additional layer inbetween us and the provider – and we prefer fewer layers and simpler integrations – alas, let’s see if their dev team can come up with a solution, as it seems simple from our point of view, but might not fit their business model
