Nico never fails to deliver, which is why he’s solidly in place as my “go-to” solution for bike transport. Fantastic service and response (even when you contact him over the weekend because you forgot to arrange bike transport timeously!).

Nico was a great help, you always new what was going on. I chose the wrong Cyclelab for pick up and they change it without delay or extra cost.
The delivery shop however did not know anything about the bike as it was not marked and we had to follow up to get it. Thank goodness for the tracking information received.
All in all great service, some growing challenges, but the guys are willing to sort it out with a smile

This was a great experience. Dropped the bike in Somerset-West and picked it up again in Pretoria they arranged everything in between.
