How long have you been in business?
10 years of experience in bicycle transport logistics. Which started out with MMB when we transport unboxed bikes to races only. But the market is much bigger. Enter #bicyclecouriers. So now we do ad hoc boxed bicycle transport. And we collect every single weekday. From all across South Africa. The holding company was registered in 2020. And we keep on growing day by day.
How many bikes have you transported?
Thousands. Our first target was to do 20 bikes. Period. Then per month. Then a week. Now a day. The #bicyclecouriers business is highly seasonal and follows sunlight and event dates. During summer everyone is out and about and on bicycles. And buying and selling and transporting them from buyer to seller. And to and from races. But the winter can be dead quiet by comparison.
Who owns Bicycle Couriers?
Undercomplicated Pty Ltd and Bicycle Couriers Pty Ltd. Made by cyclists for cyclists. With over a decade of experience in bicycle logistics. Both local and abroad. In South Africa, neighbouring African countries and international bicycle transport. Bicycle couriers was the brainchild of Nico Coetzee and he is actively involved with the day-to-day management of the company. Tag and share #bicyclecouriers far and wide.
