How to book your bicycle transport to and from George
Book your door-to-door bicycle transport right here or drop off your bicycle at a local bike shop for them to box and we can collect directly from them when ready. It takes 48-72hrs to main centres in South Africa, while miracles, special requests and remote areas may take a little longer. Cross-border is also an option, albeit with a tad more paperwork.

The Garden route is such a special place and popular destination that we ship bicycles here all the time. And because of the airport this is also a great location to collect your bike while qualifying for our reduced main centre rates. But for the ultimate convenience just book on our remote rates and we’ll send it straight to your accommodation at any remote location.
- Coimbra cycle house in York Street is the first bike shop that comes to mind when I think of George and it is mainly because of three things: we collected many a bicycle there with MMB, it is also a Specialized store, with great rates for boxing, and easy access for larger vehicles so it ticks all our boxes. Oh, and the name reminds us of our favourite bike shop in PE.
- Ride life is the local Giant and TREK dealer situated in the large ‘corner office’ in Courtenay Street in die Bodorp and a convenient place to have your bicycle boxed for transport. Bicycle couriers collect here with a smile.
- Willie Marx Cycles in York Street in George is another great option to have your bicycle boxed and it is always a pleasure to deal with Marlene and the friendly team. Just call in advance to see whether they have boxes in stock.
- RA Randa cycles and run (as in R & A, R and A, Randa) closer to the mall next to the N2 is another great option for a bicycle shop in George. They stock Cannondale and we have collected from them many times before. And what a beautiful store layout right here.
