And yes, you can add manual orders in ScrubBill. You can add individual orders manually or streamline the process by importing manual orders in bulk using their downloadable template. This is a great feature if you handle sales over the phone, via WhatsApp, or through email.
Shortlisted Q&A while getting ScrubBill Academy certified
- I use custom fields for TO and FROM addresses – can you accommodate those?
- We use set dimensions for all shipments – yes I can add these myself
- Can you have multiple set rates for ie main centre/regional/remote areas?
- Must you do a manifest? Or is a waybill sufficient? Many clicks…
- Must the order auto-complete fulfillment? Because my woo triggers custom emails and referral requests that should only go out after delivery.
- Say we use courier X and they use ScrubBill – would they then receive our orders and have to manually tick to which of their providers they route it using ScrubBill? A dome within a dome.
- Default collection time = the first collection time you book with a courier co
- Can you CSV import multiple pickup locations?
- Autoprint app to PDF like couriermate open in new window?
- Any google maps checking or validating?
- Sort waybills by province/code/method, and delete waybills – manually cancel with courier co as well…
