I just got a question from a customer who booked their bicycle transport with us. When she got her waybill (within minutes from booking online) she checked the company name and saw it differs to ours*, and she asked whether I was happy with the courier because she saw their profile on Hellopeter. Now here is an easy answer:
I don’t know of a single courier company with a flawless record of ratings on there. People who bother to posting on Hellopeter have likely been infuriated to the point where they rightly need to let out some steam. I know I have. But often the good goes by unnoticed and unless someone pulls a review out of you it goes without saying (which is why we at Bicycle Couriers will most definitely ask for a review after successfully delivering your bicycle)!
