This morning, I received a phone call from Chilled Squirrel about boxed e- bicycle deliveries going to J’Bay. And I realized the questions warrant a post. Automatic boxed bicycle deliveries because there is a certain amount of automation that happens in the background. Once we have booked your collection and issued the waybill then it is not just going to disappear. That thing has either one of two outcomes. (A) To be cancelled manually. Which almost never happens. Or (B) to be delivered. Which is what you want. And what we want. So any bicycle or shipment that doesn’t get collected today, for whatever reason, automatically gets reset for collection the very next working day. So no one can forget anything. And no boxed bicycle collection slips through the cracks. Ah, that’s cracking me up.
We don’t forget the human element!
Why? Because how much do you like it to chat to a bot. or a call centre. Bugger that. We make it personal. Book online and the process flows. Or if you have any questions hit us up on whatsapp. And speak to a real human. Or pick up the phone. And speak to me. We make it easy.
