The basics include that ‘this is the whole agreement, reduced to writing.’ And by paying for the quote, you accept the terms. The rest are as follows:

What can increase the price?

TLDR: If you send more. Difficult conditions. No inventory list. And oversized items.

Price can change if you send more items than what was quoted for. May charge extra where shuttles are needed (it narrow lanes, vehicle restrictions, >25 meters from door to truck). Poor road conditions, client delays and staircases, hills etc may also increase the price. If no inventory list was given for the quote and more items are loaded the price can go up. Quote on residential use accepted volumes, inform us if you are loading industrial type volumes as this can increase the price.

Extra services

Excluded unless specified. Like the following. Dismantling. Assembly. Boxing. Unboxing. Disconnecting and reconnecting appliances. Hoisting. Wrapping. Insurance. Things that don’t fit through doorways. These may be charged for.

No liability

Own risk. No liability. For items. And timing. Beyond our control. Like strikes, breakdowns, traffic, weather, etc. Note shared loads are filled for efficiency and cost effectiveness and you cannot hold the mover responsible for your accommodation costs if any due to dates etc. Consider a dedicated truck load then.
