For the 2026 ABSA Cape Epic, our base of operations will be located within the Support Village. We are excited to offer two comprehensive service packages, along with essential transport and boxing options, to keep you rolling smoothly through every stage. Service Package Options below.
(A) FULL Service Package – R7,500
- Complete Coverage: Includes the Prologue and all subsequent stages.
- Daily Post Race Maintenance service: Thorough bike wash and drive-train cleaning followed by a comprehensive post-race service after every stage.
- Peace of Mind: No additional labor charges during the race
- “Please note that suspension, pivot, and other outsourced specialist services are billed separately.”
- Parts: All spares provided at standard shop rates.
- This is their top tier and most complete of the ABSA Cape EPIC service packages for 2026.
(B) STANDARD Service Package – R6,500
- Stage Coverage: Includes all stages (excludes the Prologue).
- Daily Post Race Maintenance Service: Thorough bike wash and drive-train cleaning for all stages. Post-race service provided after each stage.
- Peace of Mind: No additional labor charges during the race
- “Please note that suspension, pivot, and other outsourced specialist services are billed separately.”
- Parts: All spares provided at standard shop rates.
- NOTE: We noted a relatively small difference between the standard and the full ABSA Cape EPIC service packages for 2026, so will be inclined to go for the full package.
OPTIONAL Extras & Add-Ons
- These are in addition to the abovementioned ABSA Cape EPIC service packages for 2026.
- Logistics Support: Bike collection and drop-off from the Prologue to the Stage 1 Race Village – R550.00 per bike.
- Post-Race Boxing: Professional bike boxing at the Grand Finale finish venue – R350.00.
- Packing Materials: Heavy-duty cardboard bike box – R200.00.
- Please note: There will be no technical services upon the completion of the Grand Finale.
