Because Cyclotourism is gaining traction and also eats up some time.
(1) Ease up on the blog posts
I think most of what we have wanted to say has already been said right here on our blog. No need for that massive amount of posts as it came out quite naturally last year. to write an SEO friendly blog post has become 2nd nature. And no AI being used here. Mistakes and all. Our content is original. This will also ease up on time for other things to do at bicycle couriers this year.
(2) Consider an online calendar
We’ve done it before and we’ll do it again. And that is the annual cycling calendar compilations. But never before have we put this onto a single online browsable calendar. Consider whether that is a good idea or will add value to the company. Ito time well spent. Or focus on bike shop posts and strengthening relationships with them for referrals. This is one of the more time consuming things to do at bicycle couriers this year.
(3) Focus on service delivery

And link back to the website. To send the automated thankyou note. And request for review. All by just updating the google sheet. Brilliant.
What is the bigger plan?
Not sure whether I want to see and send waybills for the rest of my life. But it is a good business. And a clean business. And happy business. Plus, something that I can do from anywhere and at any time. Even when cycling abroad. So it is quite perfect in all honesty. And I do love the opportunities that it brings to the table. Let’s see where it goes from here. Until it comes to a point where it is ripe to sell. In which case we bank the capital and move on to the next big thing. Because a rolling stone gathers no moss.
