We are deeply appreciative of your trust, loyalty, and business throughout the year and we look forward to continuing our successful partnership in 2026. Route changes and holiday times for the festive season
We would also like to bring to your attention the following changes in our routes over this festive period. This is our holidays times for boxed bicycle deliveries.
For REGIONAL boxed bicycle deliveries
TLDR: daily stops from 15th December till 2nd January
- Last daily regional deliveries will be done on Friday, 12th December 2025.
- For the week of 15th – 02nd January 2026 – deliveries will be done twice per week, depending on volumes. Ie no daily Hermanus route deliveries. So be sure to have your collection dates ready during this period. Or we must pick an alternative service provider in the background, and check fees.
- Normal deliveries will resume on Monday, 05th January 2026 to regional areas. Back to normal after our Holiday times for boxed bicycle deliveries in regional areas.
CUT-OFF times for same day bookings
TLDR: 10am iso 2pm
- In all regions, our cut off times to book any collections in our major / local areas will be at 10h00 daily with the last collection time taking place at 11h00. Anything booked after 10h00 is not guaranteed and will move over for collection on the following working day.
- Any special arrangements on the public holidays must be arranged prior to the time and will incur a surcharge (over and above the normal freight charges)
- As from the 22nd December 2025 to the 2nd January 2026 our Gauteng region will only be doing one route per day. They will revert back to two routes per day as from Monday, 05th January 2026. And that was it for our holiday times for boxed bicycle deliveries. Done and dusted. Bring on the new year.
