PS, Over the past 28 years, the Ride Joburg, proudly hosted by the vibrant City of Johannesburg, has played a pivotal role in showcasing the city’s dynamism and electric atmosphere, by giving cycling enthusiasts from around the world the chance to take to the M1 highway and own the streets of Joburg.

How to send your bicycle from Somerset West to JHB for the Ride Joburg 947
Easy. Pack your bike and we collect door to door. Or just drop it off at the nearest bicycle shop for them to box and then we grab it from them when ready. Just like Mr Symons s doing again this year. Pick a local shop like Williams or Specialized to pack and we collect directly from them. Race date for the RIDE Joburg 947 in 2025 is on 26th October, so the ideal collection date for us would be that Monday of the event, ie 20th October. Which will give us ample time and a few contingency days to get your bike from CPT to JHB. Usually this takes 3 days on the standard service. And we also have an overnight bicycle delivery service every weeknight from MON to FRI for emergencies.
