Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you that South Africa is currently experiencing severe and adverse weather conditions, which are impacting various regions across the country. At present, the Eastern Cape is the most affected area, and as a result, there may be delays in collections and deliveries in this region.

Please note that adverse weather conditions patterns are evolving rapidly, with forecasts indicating the possibility of further disruptions due to heavy rainfall and snowfall in other areas resulting in road limitations or closures. We are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to adapt our operations to ensure the safety of our teams and the timely delivery of your shipments wherever possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and will keep you updated should there be any significant changes.

Kind regards,
