Participant Screening Questionnaire for the Cycling Training and Nutrition Study
Hello! I am currently doing my honours in Exercise Science at UCT and for my research project we will be establishing the training and nutrition norms of the road and mountain bike cycling population in both males and females. We are in the process of recruiting research participants. If your (or someone you know) are an avid cyclist between the ages of 30 and 50 years, who trains for a minimum of 6 hours per week (either road or MTB), follows a diet including carbs, fat and protein and have been cycling for at least 5 years you are invited to join the study.
Please feel free to share this with people you think might be interested. Thanks so much!
