Motorbike transport route. In South Africa. Sample for one of our providers. We do use others this is to give you a behind the scenes look and feel for what it takes deliver MBK motorbikes all across the country. Delivering motorbikes from point (A) to (B). Every day of the week. Here we go! Start from PLZ and complete the full circa 4000kms loop via CPT and back then up to JHB and back to PLZ. Every single week. Sending motorbikes all around the clock and all around the year all through this beautiful country of ours.

Monday to CPT
Motorbike transport from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town on a Monday. Passing JBAY, St Francis, Nature’s valley, Keurbooms, PLETT, Knysna, Sedgefield, George Mosselbaai and Somerset West into Cape Town. A great way to start the week for motorbikes deliveries to and from Cape Town.
Tuesday day in CPT
Motorbike collections and deliveries in and around Cape Town on a Tuesday. What can be better then a loop around Cape Town. To the north we have Blouberg, Parklands and Melkbosstrand. Northern suburbs and Durbanville, Brackenfell, Kuilsrivier. Down towards Muizenberg and Fish Hoek. Southern suburbs including Tokai and Rondebosch and back towards the CBD. Other the mountain to Houtbaai only if necessary.
Wednesday to PE
Motorbike transport from Cape Town through the Garden Route and back to Port Elizabeth on a Wednesday. Ah and now we get to do it all over again. In the other direction. Quick start from CPT via Somerset West and over the mountain. Hermanus if need be or Caledon onwards on the N2. Back into the Eastern Cape with the toll gates before we arrive back at the PLZ depot.
Thursday to JHB
Motorbike transport from Port Elizabeth up through Cradock towards JHB & PTA on a Thursday. From PLZ take the N10 up north va Cradock. Next stop Colesberg. Where we join the N1. then up to BFN Bloemfontein. And through all the toll gates into JHB. Coming up from the South as we pass on either side of the N1 Parys, Vanderbijlpark or R59 in via Vereeniging.
Friday in JHB
Motorbike collections and deliveries in and around Johannesburg & Pretoria on a Friday. The area is vast. Midrand, Centurion and Pretoria to the North. Benoni, Boksburg en Brakpan to the East. CBD and Alberton to the South. And Roodepoort around to Fourways on the West. And there you have it. Full circle for motorbike collections and deliveries in and around JHB and PTA.
Saturday to PE
Motorbike transport from JHB and PTA back down to PLZ Port Elizabeth on the weekend to end off what has been another bumper week of motorbike transfers across South Africa. The road back down south from JHB to PLZ is a fitting one to end off the weekend. As Port Elizabeth represents home for a majority of team members in our motorbike transportation arm.
Sunday rest
And what do you get after delivering motorbikes all across South Africe for every other day of the week? A well-deserved rest day. On the Sunday. Before the whole routine starts again on the Monday. How many kms in such a round trip? Almost 4000kms for this trip. Which happens every week. And explains why the vehicles are going in for services what feels like every fortnight. You do add many annual kms onto a vehicle if it travels between 15000 to 20000 kms per month. Which at least tenfold what an average car does in a year…
