And what about insurance?

Optional extra. With DSV road, As with most other courier companies, this can be bought at an additional amount. Which is usually around 2-3% of the value insured for. And there are minimum deductibles and maximum amounts insurable. Most courier companies say you can go up to R40-50k for GIT cover. Which is short for goods in transit cover. PS, if you want to register a profile and open and account and send a parcel with DSV road then you can do so on clientzone. Unfortunately, clientzone is also one of the things that prohibit us from sending large volumes with DSV road, as the booking process takes way too many clicks before we can send a shipment. Couriermate is a lot quicker.
