Below we have 1450+ areas in South Africa, split up into 30 different transit time zones, based on how frequently these areas are serviced ito collections and deliveries for bicycle transport (and any other parcels through the same service provider for that matter).

Suddenly such a simple task of sending a bicycle seems to involve a lot more than what you first expected. To make things a bit easier, I’ve gone and listed them in four broad categories, from most to least serviced areas:

• Frequent: overnight and daily deliveries and 24-48-72-96-120 hours areas
• One day only: just on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or once a week
• Set days: different combinations of days, with the most popular being Tuesday-Thursday and Monday-Wednesday-Friday
• Seldom: very remote with service times of 6 days or more, or not serviced at all

Oh, and even though there is a DHL van pictured above, we may use a variety of service providers in our bicycle transport network. This list below is not to be taken as cast in stone and just acts as a guide to show you what happens behind-the-scenes.

Also, the hours below is courier transit time only and excludes any period before your bicycle collection or after your bike delivery for any additional boxing, packaging, servicing and other bike-related services you want to add.
