Here are some of our most popular tracking options. Make sure you enter the correct tracking number into the correct courier. You will receive a copy of the waybill after you make your online booking with us, and we also send a copy to the bike shop if you used one to assist with boxing your bicycle. And when in doubt, just ask.
Which one is yours? The blue one or the red one or the yellow one or the maroon one? You can see where your bicycle is by using the shipment or tracking number or reference number. Or as most prefer, just send us a WhatsApp and we can have a look.
Oh, and just out of interest, we do not send bicycles with TCG – the Courier Guy. They are used for sending new flat BikeBoxes all across the country, from the Garden Route Coastal warehouse. Now that you know, how about your very own ‘Ultimate BikeBox‘?
We do our best to manage realistic expectations and you can word on a 3-day turnaround time between major centers in South Africa. These include STB, S/West, Paarl, CPT, George, PE, E/L, JHB, PTA, DBN, PMB, NLP, PLK, BFN & KBY. Anywhere else is a remote area.
