From mid-FEB till beg-MAR we will be on a bicycle every morning
YES! For the 3 weeks starting 16th February, we will be riding the BOLANDCYCLETOUR. Which is a 1500kms road bike tour through the best of the Boland. We cycle roughly 80kms per day on average and soak up the sights and sounds of the Boland. Starting in Stellenbosch and cycling as far as the Southernmost Tip of Africa in Struisbaai and Agulhas. Then up to Karoo1 and Aquila for a BIG FIVE private game reserve African Safari experience which is sure to be a highlight for our international participants. And then back to CPT for a loop that goes up the West Coast and through the Swartland to finish in Stellenbosch again. How does this impact communications for #bicyclecouriers?
It simply means that Nico can’t always answer his phone and WhatsApp’s immediately during the morning, while riding. But I will get back to you as soon as possible I the afternoons and where possible while we are stopped somewhere at water points and within mobile range. Our points of contact are:

- Or book online and receive your order confirmation on email, ready for payment via EFT or card as part of the checkout process. And then you will get your PDF waybill to print and stick on the box so that we can come and collect your bicycle for delivery across the country. Easy does it.
What does it cost to send a boxed bicycle with bicycle couriers?
Our current rates have remained the same for quite a while and are:
- R699 to/from a shop for main centers
- R749 door to door for main centers
- R999 for any remote area, ie outside main centers
- R2499 overnight express delivery in certain routes ie CPT JHB PTA etc
How long does it take to send a boxed bicycle with bicycle couriers?
We collect every weekday, provided that the bike is already boxed. Or as us if you need help. Most often the quickest solution is just to take the bike to your nearest bike shop. As we collect from anywhere. So that the shop can pack it for you. And we can collect it directly from them when ready. Just book online first so that we can send them the PDF waybill, together with a copy of your order confirmation emails, so that they can print+stick on the box for collection.

Oh wow – just 1 day to go – can you believe how time flies? And then it is Cape Town Cycle Tour Sunday through the fairest of all capes, before our international guests depart back home…
