Bicycle Couriers Newco company and bank details
Two companies, five years apart. The original Bicycle Couriers Newco was opened in 2020 when the idea of boxed bicycle transport across South Africa struck a chord. I opened the company and bank account and website and proceeded with the idea only after the first boxed bicycle transport booking came in. Then we needed to render the service ie deliver the bicycle. And so, the service providers were added, one after another.
A tale of two companies
First things first, here are the separate legal entities for bicycle couriers, in chronological order. The aptly named (and I have received many comments on same) UNDERCOMPLICATED Pty Ltd does simply that. Ie deliver a super simple service that makes it the easiest way to send a bicycle around South Africa. And beyond. And the Bicycle Couriers Newco goes by the obvious name of BICYCLECOURIERS Pty Ltd, protecting our interest from copycats. So put us to the test. And let’s send your bicycle next.

A tale of two bank accounts
Bicycle Couriers Newco bank details for the first entity from back in 2020 and the newco that was opened this month in 2025. Not sure why the brilliant Nedbank pick-from-a-dropdown list of all companies connected to your name and ID nr didn’t work the first time around – maybe I was too quick on the draw. But after a quick call and a try-again it launched correctly and I was able to open the Bicycle Couriers Newco bank account and order cards and have it delivered without having to visit a branch. Awesome.
