New year, new plans! There are so many cycling calendars doing the rounds at the beginning of the year. Here are the ones we have listed for 2024, comprising a whopping ~300 events in total. This includes major local and offshore races and bikepacking events. Browse and learn. And soon to be in a standalone product on a separate domain.

Biggest races:

30+ of the major cycling events in South Africa for the year ahead. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, this is always a good place to start. Registered events:

150+ races and events listed on the official cycling South Africa calendar for this year. Keep in mind that sometimes events or dates are reserved or listed here and for some or other reason they do not take place in the end, but these are in the minority. Longer rides:

30+ local Audax rides, split 50/50 between the Western Cape (usually starting and finishing in Stellenbosch) and Gauteng (usually starting and finishing in the South of Johannesburg).
